Dear Commissioners:

Agriculture has been one of the cornerstone industries in Skagit County since its earliest days. Since the 1960’s Skagit County has a long history of taking proactive steps to keep Skagit agriculture economically viable for types and sizes of farms in addition to helping to preserve a critical mass of farmland.

We support the Interim Ordinance and moratorium on new agritourism permits, creating the time and new opportunity for all of the stakeholders to get together to develop win/win outcomes that will keep all of Skagit farming!

This is an important issue for the continued viability and future for all of Skagit agriculture! Help us get the word out!
